Two soldiers from the 4th Infantry Division remained hospitalized in stable condition Thursday, one day after an incident involving a Black Hawk helicopter near Fort Carson, Colorado.
The UH-60 Black Hawk from the 4th Combat Aviation Brigade was on a routine training mission when it made a hard landing about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. Forest Service land in neighboring Douglas County. There were four soldiers on board the helicopter at the time.
