Ante la presión de Kiev para complicar el suministro de agua potable hacia la región de Crimea estas son las  ultimas medidas tomadas por las autoridades rusas:

Россия возобновила подачу воды в Северо-Крымский канал
МОСКВА, 16 мая — РИА Новости. Проблема водоснабжения Крыма частично решена после переброски воды из крымской реки Биюк-Карасу в Северо-Крымский канал, сообщает Министерство природных ресурсов и экологии РФ.
"Строительство дополнительных гидротехнических сооружений для переброски воды из реки Биюк-Карасу в Северо-Крымский канал завершено. Подача воды в канал возобновлена с 12 мая. Это стало возможным благодаря высоким темпам строительства инфраструктуры, необходимой для соединения реки и канала. Оно началось в конце апреля и было закончено уже в первых числах мая. Общая стоимость работ составила 5,5 миллиона рублей", — отметил глава Минприроды Сергей Донской, чьи слова приводятся в сообщении.
Также в рамках работы по наполнению Северо-Крымского канала в начале мая был организован сброс воды из Тайганского и Белогорского водохранилищ в русло реки Биюк-Карасу.
"В настоящее время проводятся плановые мероприятия по подготовке к заполнению Феодосийского водохранилища, снабжающего водой Феодосийско-Судакский регион. Ориентировочно подача воды из канала в водохранилище начнется 23 мая", — сообщает министерство.
