МОСКВА, 26 октября. /ТАСС/. Министерство обороны РФ запатентовало образец танка Т-72Б3 с установленным на нем комплексом активной защиты (КАЗ) "Арена-М", следует из описания изобретения к патенту, которое имеется в распоряжении ТАСС.

"Танк выполнен с возможностью установки комплекса активной защиты, включающего: 12 шахт с защитными боеприпасами, размещенных на кронштейнах башни, причем шахты с защитными боеприпасами распределены для обеспечения круговой защиты танка с учетом коррекции положения защитных боеприпасов по азимуту в полете после отстрела", - говорится в документе. Из представленных чертежей и материалов следует, что речь идет о танке Т-72Б3М и КАЗ "Арена-М".
