The flotilla was dispatched to high seas on Monday simultaneous with the return of the 41st fleet of the Iranian Navy to the country.Addressing the ceremony, Sayyari underscored that the flotilla, consisting of Alvand destroyer and Tonb logistic-combat warship, is set to defend maritime routes used by Iranian vessels operating in high seas.
