On October 16 two missile frigates of the Russian Caspian Flotilla - "Dagestan" and "Svijazhsk" arrived in Baku bay. According to the press service of the Defense Ministry, the crew of the ships was met by the representatives of the Naval Forces of Azerbaijan and employees of the Russian embassy in Baku.
